Feminism

Okay, so, I know many females will hate this particular post, call me sexist, a hater etc, but, I don't care. I live in a free country where I can express my views!
So, Feminism. The original idea was to give women equal rights. Great, all for it. It's DONE. What I don't like, however, is that if a Woman can't get a job because she is physically unable to do it, she complains that it is designed for men only, and sexist, and unfair. Such as with Firemen. Oh, I'm sorry. I mean Fire PEOPLE. Lame. Because of Feminism, and "political correctness", our terms had to be changed. Man. As in Mankind. as in the Human Race. That is all it means. Get over yourselves, women. Firemen tests were LOWERED so that women who wanted to be in it could. Yes, it is still a high level of fitness, but not as high. And, I don't care how this sounds, but I don't want a woman to rescue me and carry me down a ladder. The problem? Height. If she is a good height, then, by all means, save me. But, the smaller you are, no matter how strong you are, the harder it is to do something. Trust me, I myself am not that tall. I have a decent amount of strength, but, because of size, somethings are harder for me to lift/move. One of my teachers talked about one of his missions in the military. They were in an armored car. They had a woman on the team. What did she do? Drove. Not because that's where they thought she should be, she was well respected and could carry as much as they could (of course, in order to be in military, you have to be able to move all the weight. That's what Boot Camp is for.) The reason was she could not physically pull the mechanism on the gun. Her height. But, I go off topic. Another thing that really makes me angry is when women claim sexism to me for....wait for it....HOLDING THE STUPID DOOR FOR THEM!!! That is NOT sexist! I hold the door open for anyone who happens to be near. I was raised to never hit a girl, except in self defense. They call that Sexist. No, it's not. It is being nice. What Feminist really want right now, is to have their cake, and to eat it too. They want equal pay for everything, equal opportunities (again, I am all for that), but then they want to have special treatment. Paid leave for having a baby, sick days for during their period (not all, but there are quite a few who do, that I know), and yes, guys don't understand that, but big deal. I would have it equal pay, Maternity leave for your child is on YOUR sick time, not an additional time. Guys don't get a leave because of it, so why should women, just because they give birth. You choose to have the baby, then you have to live with the responsibilities, and not expect to be treated specially for it. That's my opinion. If women want equal pay and treatment, then I say, give it to them. But they have to, by law, register of Selective Service at the age of 18. It's sexist to make only MALES required to do that. And there is the Argument "Oh, but someone has to take care of the kids during the drafting!" Yeah? Well, there ARE rules in place with the draft: Mentally Handicapped are exempt, Sick or Handicapped are exempt, deaf, blind, etc are all exempt from service. New exemption. "Have a child/Children." One parent, if they are together, must go, the other stays. If not together, then whoever has less custody goes. Easy. What isn't fair is women getting equal pay, but being exempt from all of these other things men have to do. Men required to be in the Draft, and when you register for the Draft, you are now a registered voter! Men are then REQUIRED to vote, at least their first year. Women, not. Just some of my thoughts. Men and Women are different, but we can have Equal opportunities. Don't lower the standards just so Women can join, I don't feel safe after hearing about that! Yell at me all you want, and dislike and flag this, whatever. I have a right to my own opinion.
